ZMW500 Power Distribution Automation Station Terminal - Standardized Centralized DTU
Category: Distribution Terminal Unit (DTU)
Intro: The terminal adopts a modular and extendable design, consisting of a core unit, power module, and battery pack; each module uses a standardized design; modules are directly connected through standardized wiring harnesses; the terminal connects to primary equipment using a rectangular connector, and connections between terminal modules also use rectangular connectors. It is suitable for detection and control needs in distribution systems such as switching stations and ring main units. This is a first-generation distribution automation remote terminal device integrating telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, protection, remote adjustment, and communication functions.

Overall Requirements

The terminal adopts a modular and extendable design, consisting of a core unit, power module, and battery pack; each module uses a standardized design; modules are directly connected through standardized wiring harnesses; the terminal connects to primary equipment using a rectangular connector, and connections between terminal modules also use rectangular connectors. It is suitable for detection and control needs in distribution systems such as switching stations and ring main units. This is a first-generation distribution automation remote terminal device integrating telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, protection, remote adjustment, and communication functions.

Basic Performance Parameters

1) AC Acquisition Indicators

a) Nominal Values for AC Acquisition:

i. Voltage input nominal value: 100/√3V or 220V; ii. Phase current input nominal value: 5A/1A; iii. Zero-sequence current input nominal value: 1A.

b) Allowed Basic Error Accuracy and Class Index for AC Acquisition:

i. Voltage: class 0.5; ii. Phase current: phase measurement value class 0.5 (<1.2n), phase protection value <3% (<10ln); iii. Zero-sequence current: class 0.5; iv. Active power and reactive power accuracy: class 1; v. Electric energy accuracy: active 0.5S, reactive class 2.

c) When acquiring AC voltage and current at nominal input values, the power consumption of each current loop of the core unit should be less than 0.75VA; the power consumption of each voltage loop of the core unit should be less than 0.5VA;

d) Short-term overcurrent AC input up to 2000% of nominal value for less than 1 second, with the station terminal operating normally.
