Over time, numerous contact points inside the cabinet may experience increased contact resistance due to oxidation, corrosion, or loose bolts, which can cause equipment overheating or even serious faults. Therefore, implementing online temperature monitoring is very necessary.

The wireless temperature detection device uses radio signals to transmit temperature data. The sensor is installed directly on high-voltage equipment and has no electrical connection with the receiver. Therefore, wireless temperature measurement can solve the problem of not being able to monitor high-voltage equipment connection temperatures in real time, offering reliability and safety.

Our company's switchgear wireless temperature measurement device is specifically designed for online temperature monitoring of high-voltage equipment. It uses the 2.4GHz public radio frequency band. The temperature receiver display unit uses a large-screen LCD, providing a clear temperature readout. It also comes with a standard RS485 interface for communication with a host computer.
